M4 - Cobot pulled collar and Pipe Spool Welding system

The M4 Automated Pipe Welding System is a large-scale, servo and robotic-driven system that will

maximize the operator’s productivity and efficiency on industrial projects. The M4 possesses single-point power distribution for a given customer supplied power. The modular design allows for long-term repairability, and its flexible configuration makes this machine suitable for shops of all sizes. In addition to its versatility, the M4-TA exponentially increases productivity and quality, while reducing operator input. Allowing the operator to perform multiple weld passes under a single arc for GTAW, the M4 provides arc-on times of 90% with appropriate material handling (fit-up).

The M4’s split touchscreen console allows the operator to perform and monitor welds with ease. No

separate programming or software is required for the user-friendly, PLC-controlled console. The

system’s program also allows the user to log weld data for each welding operation. The M4 also

comes with a Weld Vision Package, so the operator can view welds being performed in real-time on

the split monitor along with Ai Seam tracking for added precision.
