Trident - A sword of strength, versatility and quality.

The Trident is the smallest of the CERT entry-level machines. Running on integrated linear bearings, it can move at speeds of 600 inches per minute.  Stepper motors and planetary gearboxes interface to a helical rack in X and Y axes and a lead screw-based lifter in Z for precise and reliable motion. 

Hypertherm Powermax plasma torches and power supplies eliminate the need for specialty gases, while piercing up to 1 inch material.

Cutlass - Derives its name from the sailor’s weapon of choice. 

This smallest of the CERT industrial machines.  A robust yet simplistic design. The versatility of this machine is shown through its speed and ability to handle small to large cutting jobs.

It runs at speeds of 1200 inches per minute rapid acceleration for maintaining torch speed through corners. Bosch synchronous servo motors and drives and gearboxes interface to helical rack in both X and Y axes for precise, reliable motion. 

A heavy duty carriage and lifter assembly on a crossbeam support utilizing any Hypertherm torch or supply, including HPR XD and XPR series systems. 

As with all the larger CERT industrial class machines, the Cutlass provides a choice between eliminating specialty gases and reducing up-front expense or obtaining bolt-ready holes, rapid cutting, and long-lived consumables to keep your rework, operating, and maintenance costs low.

Lobera - wolf slayer, borrows its name from a sword of power and virtue given to one who will do great and swift work. 

This machine proves itself time and again through its intricacy of cuts and longevity of life, while continually performing at the peak of quality and a speed unparalleled by other machines. 

The Lobera is CERT's most versatile and rugged machine. To handle the larger cut dimensions, greater station count, beveling, and higher accelerations needed for higher-throughput.

The motors, gearboxes, posts, gantry, deck, and rack are all more muscular than its smaller sibling. Running on T90/B elevator rail, solidly mounted to posts anchored into your concrete floor, it can run at speeds of 3000 inches per minute with rapid acceleration for maintaining torch speed through corners. 

Bosch maximum torque synchronous servo motors and drives and Neugart gearboxes interface to a helical rack in both X and Y axes for smooth, extended-wear motion. 

Fully enclosed track protects cables from splatter and abrasion.
