Retrofit of Customer Existing Older Roller Bed Machines
- Upgrade of roller bed machines built by other manufacturers
- New cutting track
- New cutting trolley
- New cutting head along with head tilting, head rotation and electro-magnetic height adjustment (3, 4, 5 and 6 axis)
- Remaining existing machine bed with pipe rotation support, with a new motor and gear box to communicate with the new CNC system
- New operator panel for existing machine
- New CNC system along with complete new electronics, cabling etc. (except for existing cutting bed and existing infeed and outfeed conveyor)
- New computer system along with Windows operating system and macro based 3D profiling software
- New oxy fuel system along with all hoses, torch and pre-heating torch
- Integration of customer`s existing plasma power source. As an option, a new plasma power supply can be furnished by Watts Mueller.
